Since the beginning of 2005, over 600 IFAs and IFA businesses – both directly authorised and former Network members – have decided to join St. James’s Place. Many would freely admit that, prior to exploring the St. James’s Place option, they did not fully understand the many opportunities offered by the strength and depth of both the adviser proposition and the client proposition at St. James’s Place.

Many ex-IFAs who have chosen to join, talk of the increasing regulatory and administrative burden in the IFA sector which, coupled with an uncertain future post-RDR, has prompted an open-minded exploration of alternatives.
